ChefAiQ Institutional Licensing — For Schools

    Your Students Know
    How to Cook.
    But Can They Run
    a Food Business?

Most culinary, HRIM, and hospitality programs teach technique, theory, and kitchen operations. Almost none give students the system to cost a dish correctly, price for profit, and plan production at scale. ChefAiQ closes that gap — under your curriculum, with your students, carrying your school's reputation.

    The Real Problem

Graduates leave knowing how to cook. The business side is a different story.

Industry feedback is consistent: food and hospitality graduates arrive with strong technical skills and weak operational ones. That gap is your school's reputation problem — and it's solvable.

    • They can execute a recipe. They can't tell you if it makes money.
    • They know food cost percentage theory. They've never calculated one for a real dish.
    • They understand production flow. They've never built a production plan for a real order.
    • They can scale a recipe mathematically. Baker's Math in practice is another skill entirely.
    • They graduate with a diploma. They don't graduate with a system.
    The Stakes
    60%
of food businesses fail in their first year — most due to pricing and cost control failures, not food quality. Your graduates are entering this market without the operational tools to survive it.

    74%
of Philippine foodservice establishments are independent operators — the exact businesses your graduates will join or start. None of them have a costing system on day one.

    0
culinary or HRIM schools in the Philippines currently give students a professional kitchen management platform as part of their program. That changes with the first three schools that sign.
    How Institutional Licensing Works

    You license it.
    Students use it.
    We run it.

ChefAiQ is licensed to your school as a professional curriculum tool. Your students access it as part of their program. You pay the license fee. We handle everything technical.

    STEP 01
    🏫
    Your school licenses ChefAiQ
You pay an institutional licensing fee based on your enrollment tier — priced for bulk school access, not individual subscriptions. Students receive access as part of their program, bundled into tuition or program fees. No separate student billing.
    STEP 02
    🎓
Students graduate with a professional system — not just a diploma
Your students use the same platform food operators use commercially. They build a real portfolio of costed recipes, production plans, and profit forecasts as part of their coursework. That portfolio is theirs to keep and use from the day they graduate — giving your school a measurable, lasting outcome to point to.
    STEP 03
    📊
We handle setup, training, and support
We configure your school's admin dashboard, onboard your faculty, and run a student orientation session. Ongoing student support is handled by our team. Your faculty spend zero time on technical issues — they teach. We handle the platform.

    The Graduate Pipeline

Your students don't stop using ChefAiQ when they graduate.

Students build their recipe library, costing data, and production systems while enrolled. That work stays with them. When they open a food business, they already have a system — one that carries your school's name in its origin story.

    🎓
Enrolled — using ChefAiQ as part of their program
Students build real recipe portfolios, cost real dishes, and complete real production plans as coursework. Not theory exercises — actual operating documents.
    📦
Graduating — they take their data with them
All student data is portable and exportable. Their recipes, costs, and production plans belong to them — not the school, not ChefAiQ. They graduate with a working system, not just a diploma.
    🏪
Working or launching — continuing on a personal plan
Graduates who enter the food industry or launch their own businesses convert to a personal ChefAiQ subscription. The tool they learned in school is the tool they rely on professionally.
Why This Matters for Your School
Your reputation follows graduates into the industry
When an employer sees a graduate who can cost, price, and plan production from day one — that reflects on your program. ChefAiQ makes that outcome consistent, not dependent on individual student initiative.
    Industry-standard tools, not classroom simulations
ChefAiQ is the same platform food operators use commercially. Your students graduate familiar with a professional tool — not a school exercise that has no equivalent in the real world.
Student data always belongs to the student
Even if your school ends its licensing agreement, students retain full access to and ownership of their recipes, cost data, and production files. No lock-in, no data loss.
    Who This Is For

    Built for schools where food
    is the core subject.

ChefAiQ institutional licensing is designed for programs where recipe costing, production planning, and food business management are part of the curriculum — or should be.

    👨‍🍳
    Culinary & Baking Schools
Dedicated culinary institutions where food is the entire curriculum. Highest adoption potential — Baker's Math, batch scaling, and recipe costing are core to every class.
    Tier 1 Fit
    🏨
    HRIM Programs
Hotel and Restaurant Institution Management programs with 200+ schools nationwide. F&B costing, production planning, and menu engineering map directly to required subjects.
    Tier 1 Fit
    🌏
    Hospitality & Tourism Management
HTM programs where F&B subjects make up 30–40% of the curriculum. ChefAiQ integrates into F&B Operations, Food Production Management, and Entrepreneurship tracks.
    Strong Fit
    🔬
    Food Technology & Nutrition
Programs where recipe standardization, ingredient costing, and production planning are academic requirements. ChefAiQ makes those requirements practical, not theoretical.
    Strong Fit
    The First-Mover Advantage

    No school in the Philippines
    offers this yet.

The first three schools to license ChefAiQ become the reference point for every school that follows. That positioning is not available to the fourth applicant.

    🏆
    Differentiate your program instantly
Every culinary and HRIM school in the Philippines teaches the same technical curriculum. The first schools to add operational tools to that curriculum have a differentiator that competitors cannot copy overnight.
    🎯
    Produce business-ready graduates
Employers and industry partners notice when graduates arrive knowing how to cost, price, and plan. That outcome becomes part of how your school is known — not just what it says it does.
    🔁
Your brand stays in graduates' kitchens
Students who continue using ChefAiQ after graduation are a permanent reminder of what your school gave them. That ongoing connection is a retention and referral asset no alumni newsletter can replicate.
    3
Schools in the first cohort. That's the limit.
We are opening institutional licensing to a maximum of 3 schools in the first cohort to ensure every partner receives proper onboarding, dedicated support, and our full attention during setup and pilot. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.

We configure your school's platform and admin dashboard
Our team sets up your admin panel, configures your seat allocation, loads any custom recipe packs (Professional and Enterprise tiers), and prepares your student access system. We share the curriculum alignment guide so faculty know exactly how to integrate ChefAiQ into existing class sessions.

    04
We onboard your faculty and orient your first cohort
Our CSM runs a live faculty orientation (remote or on-site depending on tier). We then run a student orientation session for your first cohort. Faculty spend zero time managing technical setup. We handle all student questions during the onboarding window.
    Week 5
    05
First students go live — we review at Day 30
Your students start using ChefAiQ in class. At Day 30, we review adoption data with your team — usage by subject, seat utilization, and student activity. If you're on the Starter tier, we use this review to plan the transition to a Professional annual license.
    Week 6+
    Common Questions

    What school administrators
    ask before signing.

Who pays for the platform — the school or the students?
The school pays the institutional licensing fee. Students receive access as part of their program — bundled into tuition or program fees at your school's discretion. Students do not receive a separate ChefAiQ invoice.
Does ChefAiQ get rebranded as our school's tool?
No. ChefAiQ remains ChefAiQ. Students learn the professional industry platform — not a renamed version of it. That's intentional: graduates who recognize ChefAiQ in the workplace are more immediately useful to employers. We offer co-branding on program materials, but the platform itself carries the ChefAiQ name.
What happens to student data if we end the license?
All student data — recipes, costing data, production plans — belongs to the student. It is fully exportable at any time. If your school ends its licensing agreement, students retain their accounts and all their data. No lock-in, no data loss.
How much additional work does this create for our faculty?
Minimal. We provide a curriculum alignment guide so faculty know where ChefAiQ fits in their existing class sessions — it's integrating a tool, not redesigning a course. Technical setup, student support, and platform management are handled entirely by our team.
Can we customize which features students see?
Professional and Enterprise tiers can configure the platform to surface specific features relevant to your curriculum. Enterprise schools can also request custom recipe packs pre-loaded for their program or campus.
What does the Starter 6-month pilot lead to?
The pilot has a hard 6-month expiry — no extensions. At the end, you either upgrade to a Professional annual license (if adoption is strong, it always is) or exit. The pilot is structured to let you prove value before committing to an annual contract.
How many schools are you accepting right now?
The first cohort is capped at 3 schools. We set this limit to ensure every partner gets dedicated onboarding, proper support, and our team's full attention during setup. Once the first cohort is full, the next intake opens at a date to be announced.
Where can we see the pricing?
Pricing is not posted publicly — it's discussed during your discovery call and scoped to your school's enrollment size, tier, and contract length. Apply below and we'll walk you through the numbers within 2 business days.
